Cavendish
This variety has good flavour, is very large in size, is dark in colour and has medium firm fruit. It produces in mid-season, about 5 or 6 days after the Veestar. Some of the early berries can be somewhat blotchy in colour, however the blotchiness has no bearing on the flavour. This fruit is ideal for fresh eating and making jams or pies.
